An Eritrean man accused of killing an eight year old boy by pushing on to oncoming train is a Swiss resident and a father of three kids. Today (30 Jul) he will be examined for a psychiatric disorder by the authority.
The prosecutors laid murder and attempt murder charges to Eritrean the father of three age 40 years old. who also pushed the boy's mother onto the track in Frankfurt station and tried but failed to push a 78 year old woman. He ran down to the platform and across the track but was followed by passenger also off-duty police officer. The station was overpowered by police to block him for running away.
The man arrested straight way after, and didn't show any signs of alcohol or drug said the prosecutors spokeswoman. The crime suggests as psychiatric disorder and the accused will be examined for psych to allow an assessment of his criminal act.
The man had lived since 2006 in Switzerland, married father with three kids. He arrived few days go by train form Basel. If he is found guilty, he will face life in prison said the prosecutor.
